Creative Entrepreneurship Coaching
Run A Creative Business That Supports Your Goals
Solve pivotal bottlenecks, unlock your potential, and accelerate your business.
It's possible to get unstuck. But only if you manage to get out of your own headâŚ
As a creative entrepreneur, you get to build a business on your terms. You're free to decide what you work on, how you work, and who you work with.
But that freedom can come with friction. Sometimes, you run into questions or problems that are hard to solve on your own.
Maybe you feel that your services or products don't fully reflect your skills and purpose.
Maybe you struggle to explain what makes your work valuable and unique.
Or, you have a strong message but can't build visibility. You don't know how to pick platforms that work for you, create content that lands, and determine the right posting frequency.
Perhaps you're facing productivity challenges. You might be busy without making progress. Maybe your processes are messy and inefficient. Or, you feel that every task requires you to reinvent the wheel.
So, you rack your brains over solutions.
You analyze. You revisit the same questions. You try to reason your way toward certainty.
When that doesnât work, you step away.
You take another walk. Do groceries. Clean the house. Watch Netflix. Read a ton of books on getting unstuck.
But you only get more sidetracked. You find yourself doing everything except the thing.
You know you need to make a decision that moves the needle.
But deep down, you're waiting to feel ready.
Here's the paradoxââfeeling readyâ usually comes after the fact. You take action first. That's the âevidenceâ your mind needs to feel confident. Or, âready.â
The question is, what actions do you have to take to solve your bottlenecks and accelerate your business?
It depends on what you're struggling with. But 16 years of experience have taught me that somewhere along the way, every entrepreneur runs into some (and more often, all) of the following questions:
Offer & Methods
-
How do I translate my skills and vision into products or services people need?
-
How do I incorporate my expertise and lived experiences into my business?
-
How do I turn a good idea into a viable offer?
Audience & Value
- How do I define my audience?
- What are my audience's problems and how do I solve them?
- What makes my offer unique?
- How do I become visible to my ideal customer or client?
Â
Story & Visibility
- How do I tell my story to distinguish myself?
- How do I build an authentic personal brand?
- What mediums, formats, and channels should I use?
- How do I show up consistentlyâin a feasible way?
Content & Strategy
- What are the main topics I should communicate about?
- What content formats are effective on my chosen platforms?
- What's a strong strategy for building lasting connections?
- How frequently should I post?
Systems & Processes
- How do I set up a business that I can run with ease and joy?
- How do I work in a way that supports creativity and innovation?
- Which processes can and should I standardize?
- How do I optimize my workflows?
Customers & Clients
- How do I build pleasant, lasting relationships?
- How do I set the right expectations?
- How do I go the extra mile while respecting my own boundaries?
- How do I handle follow-ups and payments professionally?
Habits & Mindset
- How do I plan when inspiration doesn't follow a schedule?
- How do I consistently show up for myself and my audience?
- How do I build a set of habits that support my goals?
- How do I set priorities and make confident decisions?
Do you feel it's time to take control over your businessâŚ
⌠so you can make a greater impact doing what you love?
When you solve your bottlenecks, you can run your creative business with confidence.
Your entire business reflects who you are and what you're good at.
Your services or products offer real value to the people you want to help.
You can explain what makes your work unique, so you no longer have to compare yourself to others.
You enjoy creating content and connecting with the right people because you've drafted a strategy that works for you.
You keep clients or customers happy but never do yourself short.
You consistently show up for them and for yourself.
Your days feel organized and creative. You handle processes like the pro you are.
Your priorities are clear and your mindset keeps you in action mode. So, choices are easy to make.
From this place, you can accelerate, grow, and future-proof your business. And you've created the space you need to unlock your full potential.
The good news? All this is within reach.
But you do need to get your ducks in a row.
That's what Creative Entrepreneurship Coaching is for.
What to expect?
Hi, I'm Annalisa Koukouves. In the past 16 years, I have provided one-on-one guidance to hundreds of people who've built their work around their vision and skills. Entrepreneurs, CEOs, thought leaders, authors, filmmakers, scientists, consultantsâname a job title, and I've probably worked with them.
I've helped ambitious solopreneurs, creatives, scientists, and corporate leaders put themselves on the map. I've taught them how to sustain their success over time while staying inspired. And I've given them concrete tools to step into their power and get the most out of themselves.
This has supported them in doing what they feel they were born to doânow and in the future.
I love watching them thrive. Their successes feel like my own.
Over time, I've expanded my own business into an ecosystem with several subbrandsâincluding a podcast, The Storyteller's Platform.
The common denominator across the ecosystem is my missionâto help people make a positive impact using their talents and skills.
I still love to work with clients one on one. That's why I've designed Creative Entrepreneurship Coaching.
If you're a purpose-driven entrepreneur who needs some hands-on guidance, this is for you.
Not just because I've worked with many clients like you. But also because I get what you're going through. I know what it's like to run your own business. To juggle deadlines, client work, communications, and marketing while trying to stay sane. And to be faced with decisions that feel pivotal every single day.
When I started out, I didn't have access to the right knowledge or people. So I figured out a lot of things on my own. I read tons of books and learned by doing.
Gradually, I developed strategies, methods, and frameworks. When they worked for me, I taught them to my clients. And they got great results, tooâoften faster than we'd anticipated.
I don't have access to some magical formula. But as a strategist and entrepreneur, I do have a keen eye for what does and doesn't work in different industries. As a professional storyteller, I understand the creative part of your business. And given my background in anthropology, I can see the world through your eyesâwhich helps me tailor my coaching to how you think, work, and create.
I'll guide you every step of the way. When we work together, I'm the kind of coach that roots for you. I'm also honestâbut in a constructive way. I believe every person has strengths and challenges. I'll help you leverage the first and work on the second.
My approach is hands-on, focused on decisions, and tailored to you. I want you to leave a session with concrete actions you can take. And, depending on the type of coaching you pick, strategic assets that help you get even more clarity (such as a framework or template).
Coaching is for (aspiring) creative entrepreneurs who are highly skilled but struggle to build a business that supports them and their goals.
I usually work with purpose-driven:
- Solopreneurs
- Small business owners
- Thought leaders
- Writers
- Filmmakers
- Podcasters
- Speakers
- Coaches
- Designers
Creative Entrepreneurship Coaching is for you if:
- You're doing âfineâ but not great because you can get much more out of your business
- You've noticed that your business has been working against you (while it can and should support you)
- You know your business doesnât yet fully reflect your vision or the value you bring
- You struggle to create room for creativity because the business side of things keeps taking over
- You're fighting insecurities that prevent you from making crucial decisions
- You want to work more efficiently but lack the mental and practical tools to do so
- You need guidance on taking your business to the next level and future-proofing it
- You want to set up a new business intentionally (instead of copying existing formulas)
âAnnalisa asks the right questions. You can tell when people have a lot of experience in a particular field. Annalisa radiates a certain level of expertise, which someone can only reach by frequently working on projects like these.â
- Simone van den Nieuwenhuizen
âWhat I find really great is that Annalisa is very quick-witted. She clearly has a lot of experience, which allows us to work very fast. On top of that, Annalisaâs enthusiasm is contagious. Sheâs open and critical and thinks a few steps ahead. Iâm like that, too: I donât like to hit the brakes when I can accelerate.â
- Han Thomassen
âAnnalisa asked sharp, in-depth questions, which helped us get to the bottom of things. It was more than we had dared to hope for. Besides being honest and thorough, Annalisa is also very warm and accessible.â
- Linda van Zanten
âI can wholeheartedly recommend a collaboration with Annalisa. Annalisa, thanks again. There will definitely be a next time.â
- Marco Bosma
Coaching comes in 2 flavors:
Single Coaching Session
Is there a specific bottleneck that's preventing you from moving forward the way you want?
If you can pinpoint the one thing that's holding you back right now, a single coaching session is usually enough to get you unstuck.
What you need is a sharp outside perspective, focused guidance, and a plan.
In this 2-hour session, we'll zoom in on the issue you're currently facing and get to the core of it.
No theory for theoryâs sake. No generic advice. Just strategic thinking, clear decisions, and 3 actions you can take right away.
A single coaching session is perfect when things are going pretty well for you, but there's one roadblock you struggle to overcome.
3-Month Program
Do you want to tackle multiple challenges so you can run a future-proof creative business?
During the 3-month program, we'll address the issues that need to be solved for you to grow and thrive. Typically, we get to tackle up to 6 problems, depending on their complexity and your preferences.
You can book a free introductory call to discuss your current bottlenecks. There's zero pressureâwe'll only continue if we both feel you'll truly benefit from the program.
If that's the case, we'll schedule 6 bi-weekly sessions (of 2 hours each). I like tangible outcomes, so you'll walk away from every session with a concise 3-step action plan.
The following bonuses are also included in the 3-month program:
- 3 strategic assets, like frameworks or templates, from the asset library I've created over the past 16 years. We'll discuss the options, and I will hand-pick the assets that suit you best.
- An audit of your core story or 3 short content pieces, which you can submit during the program (we'll set a feasible submission date). I'll give you detailed notes that will help you communicate your message confidently moving forward.
The 3-month-program is structured but not rigid. We'll focus on clarity and decisions while allowing room for creativity and new ideas.
You will steadily build a creative business that supports your goals and helps you get the most out of yourself.
